Name Tattoos

Tattoos do not have to be an animal like a lion or a snake. Tattoos just have to something that you can be proud of and that you can show to other people.

Tattoo designs are plenty and that fact makes choosing the right tattoo even harder. If you have many styles and designs to choose from, you will have a hard time selecting the most beautiful and best that will suit you. If you are confused on what design to have, you can always settle in using a name.

Name tattoos are famous because it is simple but with a lot attitude. It is usually small in order for it not to be mistaken as a name tag. Normally, name tattoos are accompanied by a distinctive design like a heart, a skull, and others. Name tattoos do not have to be your name; it may be the name of your loved one, your departed family member, or even a pet.

Name tattoos need not be in English, one can choose a language that he wants. It can be Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Latin, or Korean. The most common among these languages that are used as a design for a tattoo is Chinese Japanese because a single character may already say you name. In using a name tattoo as a design in a different language, one must translate the name to the language desired, and must ascertain that the translation is correct; otherwise, if someone who understands the language sees it, he will just misinterpret it.

Name tattoos can also be an expression of love. A classic example is a heart with a cupid’s arrow and with a name of your loved one inside the heart. One can also use the face of his wife or fiancĂ©e as a tattoo design and her name underneath the picture.
